Can I get a preliminary estimate of the treatment cost?
Yes. To do so, send a request to the medical tourism coordinator, attaching any available medical documents (discharge summaries, test results, scans). Within 3 to 5 business days, you will receive a detailed treatment plan with the cost of each procedure and the total amount.
How do I schedule a consultation with a specialist?

To schedule a consultation:

  • Specify the reason for your visit, provide your contact details, and attach any available medical documents.
  • The coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to agree on the date and time of your appointment.
  • If necessary, we can arrange a telemedicine consultation before your arrival.
Do you provide interpreter services?

Yes, upon request we can arrange professional medical interpreter services for:

  • consultations with doctors;
  • document processing;
  • assistance during procedures.

This service is available for an additional fee. Please check the cost with your coordinator.

How can I pay for medical services?

You can pay for services in several ways:

  • by bank card, including foreign cards, at the hospital’s cash desk;
  • by bank transfer to the hospital’s settlement account (an invoice agreement is provided);
  • through international payment systems (check available options with your coordinator);
  • by arrangement with your insurance company (if treatment is covered by insurance).
What documents are needed for admission?

For admission, you need to provide:

  • identification document;
  • health insurance policy (if applicable);
  • medical documents translated into Russian (discharge summaries, reports, test and examination results);
  • a completed patient questionnaire and informed voluntary consent for medical intervention (provided at the hospital).
Do you provide an extract and translation of documents for an insurance company abroad?

Yes. We issue a detailed discharge summary in Russian and English with a seal and the signature of the department head. If necessary, we notarize the translation (for an additional fee) or apply an apostille (if required for a country that is not a member of the Hague Convention). The processing time is 2-3 business days after discharge. We also help to fill out the forms requested by the insurance company.
